Speed and quality made Hotel Arts think they could try something new.

Getting rooms ready for guests faster, with a modern hospitality look and feel, were the priorities for Hotel Arts. The boutique hotel faced renovations in an older wing just as they were heading into their busiest season. They explored the possibility of using DIRTT and decided the economics of opening rooms sooner combined with the ability to tailor DIRTT to their exact standards made it a perfect fit for the renovation. Downstream savings for maintenance and future renos were a bonus.
